Objectives - To create a user-centred pedagogical framework to inform mGBL development and for use by potential mGBL end-users.
- To classify various types of mobile games with respect to their suitability for different target audiences, contents, and learning goals and then to develop:
- software assisting potential users (teachers and students) in the selection of mobile game types for different learning purposes
- at least 2 different Mobile Learning Game Models, mapped against recognised European competency standards, that can support critical decisions.
- To collect multimedia content for integration into minimum 3 mGBL prototype games to be implemented in work package 5 utilising the Mobile Learning Game Models and to translate the linguistic content into the languages of each of the partner countries.

- To ensure the design and development of validation processes over the whole project.
- To evaluate the elaborated games in terms of effectiveness (learning achievements) and efficiency (time needed and demand on resources in teaching).

Objectives - To establish a Community of Practice to facilitate knowledge transfer within the m-learning community and to enable the use of the results for further research in the field of game based m-learning.
- To make available to a wider audience information about the work and the outcome of the mGBL project with the aim of enhancing the uptake of its results (public awareness).
- To develop a clear exploitation plan for the project results: to promote and encourage the uptake and use of the technology, models, infrastructures and training content developed in the mGBL Project, throughout Europe and to extend the usage of the developments to further areas of application.
